In general, we are approached by companies about their client appreciation needs and we then discuss a variety of issues to customize the perfect options for your situation. This usually means that we discuss this with people in the sales or marketing groups, but we can also work with your executives.

CLIENT APPRECIATION DAY
It is actually called National Customer Appreciation Day, though there really isn't an official day. Generally the 18th of April is chosen, but it's really about choosing a day or period of time to put the focus on your customers. We can help you let them know how grateful you are for their business and we look forward to making that happen.

SMALL WAYS TO ALSO SHOW APPRECIATION

  • SWAG BAGS - help clients show their loyalty to your brand by letting them wear shirts, hats, and the like. If appropriate, maybe samples of your products could be beneficial. If given at the end, it's a way to send them off on a high note and not that you are kicking them out. Gift giving is a major cultural thing in much of Africa and when done correctly, can show your appreciation for their culture.
  • PERSONALIZED NOTES - small notes letting your clients know that they are still individuals and appreciated for themselves and their own companies, greatly enhances the bond between them and your brand.
  • PHOTO OPS - have a picture taken together. Possibly use a backdrop that is of interest or shows your company. If you need a visualization, think about the red carpet at the Oscars and how they take pictures in front of backdrops that are related to sponsors of the event. Follow it up by personally signing the photo and sending it framed as a keepsake. If they have it on their wall, it makes it more difficult for them to buy from someone else!

Most of THEY improv events are conducted in English. English tends to be the shared common language of our clients, though we may need to make some adjustments for varying cultures and backgrounds. Pop culture, for instance, might not be as shared. We will be happy to discuss your needs and adjust.

We can operate corporate events in a bilingual environment. Let us know your concerns and we will adapt our approach to address your needs in our program. We will go over rates and fees and determine the best approach.

We do have facilitators from all over the world who can operate for your group remotely or in-person in a variety of languages. Simply reach out and ask and we can work on developing options for your needs.

WE COME TO YOU!
We do not have our own venues. We come to any restaurant, hotel, resort, cruise ship, club, or home. We can work with groups of any size in whatever location you want. The specific location may impact the cost and we will discuss this with you.

VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON While we are happy to come to your venue, we are also capable of producing events that would be conducted virtually. This is all the more important when operating in Africa. It not only overcomes the sometimes significant travel costs, but could also reduce legal difficulties that may be involved if borders have to be crossed. Just let us know your desires and we can discuss which platform to use, how we would make it happen, and how we could be work to achieve your goals.
